Hazelnut Iced Latte + Espresso Ice Cubes

An invigorating iced latte with espresso ice cubes that keep it cold without watering it down, finished with a rich hazelnut cold foam.

What You Need

  • 1 cupBrewed espresso (for the ice cubes)
  • 1 double shotEspresso
  • 8 ozOat milk (4 oz for the drink, 4 oz for the foam)
  • 1 packet (1 oz)58Peaks Hazelnut Coffee Syrup
  • EquipmentIce cube tray
  • EquipmentFrother or frothing chamber

Instructions

  1. Make the espresso ice cubes: Brew 1 cup of espresso, let it cool to room temperature, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze completely (overnight is best).
  2. Place a few espresso ice cubes into your favorite glass, then brew a double shot of espresso and pour it over the cubes.
  3. Pour 4 oz of oat milk over the espresso and ice.
  4. Make the hazelnut cold foam: Froth 4 oz of oat milk with a packet of 58Peaks Hazelnut Coffee Syrup until it becomes rich and creamy.
  5. Pour the hazelnut cold foam on top, stir gently to combine, and enjoy.
